Our Principal
Hafizuddin Amir Bin Hasim
Mr. Hafizuddin Amir Hasim obtained his LLB from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). In his career, he possesses extensive experience as both a practising solicitor and as an in-house Legal Counsel for various public listed and private companies.
He began his journey in the legal fraternity with a pupillage at Messrs. Shahrizat Rashid & Lee. Upon his admission as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2017, he was retained as an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department of the firm.
Mr. Hafizuddin later transitioned into the corporate world, acquiring exposure and experience as Legal Counsel across various sectors including manufacturing, aviation, construction, and stockbroking. During this time, he acquired the necessary business acumen whilst navigating complex business transactions and agreements.
He returned to law practice in 2023 with Messrs. Redza Eleena Chong before establishing this Firm. Throughout his law practice, he has also appeared in various courts and tribunals, from the Magistrate’s Court to the Federal Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings and the Industrial Court.
